Ingredients
To make this exclusive recipe, you will need the following ingredients:300g fresh salmon
1 small red onion
2 limes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Lemon Skunk infused in olive oil (see below)
1 small bouquet fresh dill
Salt and black pepper freshly ground For Lemon Skunk-infused oil
1/4 cup olive oil
1 gram of flowers Lemon Skunk TealerLab®
Instructions
Now that you've got all your ingredients, all that's left to do is prepare your delicious Lemon Skunk Salmon Tartare CBD !1 - Start by preparing the Lemon Skunk-infused oil. In a small saucepan, combine the olive oil and Lemon Skunk flowers. Heat over low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Allow to cool, then strain the oil into a clean jar.
2 - Finely chop the red onion and set aside.
3 - Cut the salmon into 1 cm cubes.
4 - In a bowl, combine the salmon cubes, chopped red onion and Lemon Skunk-infused olive oil. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture, add the chopped dill and mix gently.
5 - Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
6 - Serve the salmon tartar chilled, accompanied by toast or croutons.
